Q: I am interested in renting one of the properties listed on your site. What should I do?

A: To rent any of the properties featured on our site, please call us directly for more information about the property’s availability.

Q: How do I pay for my vacation rental?

A: We require only a 25% deposit to hold your reservation with your balance due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.  We accept all major charge cards as well as business and personal checks, paypal and money orders. Security deposits are not collected, however, a valid credit card information form will be filled out with the management company upon your arrival.

Vacation Home Rates
All rentals have a 5 night minimum. Rentals less than one week are charged for the House cleaning ($85.00). Rates do not include the Florida State sales tax and hotel tax as required by law.

We can provide the following extras during your stay:
• Pool heat $20 per day per length of stay. 
• Security Safe $20 per week.
• Mid Stay House Cleaning/Maid Service $85.

A 25% Deposit will hold your reservation.
